Providence requires the skills of a highly capable web-based software developer to work in a team.

For Classic ASP: The applicant should posses 3+ years commercial experience.

For .NET, the applicant should possess the following skills and qualities:

• At least 2 year’s experience on the .NET platform using C#
   
• Intimate knowledge and experience (5+ years) of OO development methodologies
   
• Well versed in SQL server and related server side technologies and databases.
• Knowledge in System Analysis and Design
   
• Fluency in the development methodologies for the .NET framework and understand their implications (in regard to security, efficiency, scalability, robustness etc) when applied to highly modularized and distributed applications.
   
• Comfort with discussing and designing complex systems (web-based applications) conceptually and then documenting and developing those systems.
   
• Interest in creating a long-term working relationship with the company and its projects with the aim of creating great solutions, valued customer relationships and a dynamic working environment.
    
• Can work independently and be a Team Leader
   
• Fluent English is required
